Reflection questions

Reflection questions are a post-practice reflection activity in which the student is presented with a question that focuses on the concepts and principles associated with a quantitative problem. A human or automated tutor provides the student with feedback on the student's response, or can guide the student towards a correct response, in Socratic dialogue fashion.

Reflection questions might not only be given between problem-solving practice (see studies by Katz, Rummel, or Walker) but also during example study (see study by Craig).
