Collaborative Problem-Solving Phase

Students’ interaction is structured in several problem solving steps. For every step, students receive instructions prompting them to engage in collaborative behaviors that have been shown to increase learning. Furthermore, students receive adaptive instructional support when meeting impasses during the problem-solving process.
