Help Seeking Behavior - the way in which students use available help facilities while managing their learning. Help Seeking behavior is evaluated by the type of actions students take, and not necessarily its content. For example, while working with the Cognitive Tutor, students can do one of the following on-task actions: - Attempt to solve - Ask for a hint - Use the glossary - Ask the teacher.
