User Story

As a researcher with my own data, I want to easily upload a file with a new dataset using the web application, so I don't have to know about the-cooker and the ftp site. [Ken, team meeting]

Notes/Comments

• Was originally called 'New Dataset File Upload'
• The first step towards Push Button Import
• This is just an easier way to get the file from the user to the DataShop team
