As a learning science researcher, I want to analyze the latency values using the performance profiler so that I can potentially do a number of things, among them:
			- See what the average correct, error, and total step time is for a full unit of a course, for a section, or for a KC. This would allow me to test claims of the PSLC Theory Framework about differences in complexity of KCs (as reflected in the Correct step time) and about complexity of instructional events (as reflected in the error step time).
